Little Luxury Water Coolers
Little Luxury Water Cooler purchases carry a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your cooler, you may return it to Little Luxury within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please contact customer service prior to taking advantage of this Money Back Guarantee. Please have the cooler serial number available at the time of your call. The customer service representative will provide you with an Authorization To Return number. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted without an Authorization To Return number.

Little Luxury Filters are not eligible for return or exchange.
Little Luxury does not offer a credit or exchange for filters bought other than unused filters bought with a cooler returned subject to the 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

How do I return my Purchase?
The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 855 255 5544 prior to taking advantage of The Money Back Guarantee. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. 

When will I receive credit for my returned item?
Your credit will be processed within 3-4 weeks.

What if my cooler is damaged or not operating properly?
In such circumstances you should first review the operating manual or call customer service on 973-535-1000 to try troubleshoot the problem. If it is determined that the item is defective, you will be provided with a shipping label to return the item for full credit.
