Daily Water Intake

You have all heard or read the data suggesting that one should drink at least 8 glasses of high quality water a day.  Every system in your body depends on water.  Water flushes out toxins, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for the tissues in your ears, nose and throat.  Lack of water can lead to dehydration which drains your energy and makes you feel tired and listless.

We all know that high quality water is one of the ways to maintain your health.  In order to meet the 64oz daily water intake ‘quota’, how often do you grab a container of bottled water as you leave the house?  It is convenient, and it is easy.  The bottle fits perfectly into the cup holder in your car, and the bottled water slips easily into your purse…It is perfect…  Or is it???  Through hours and hours of water research, it has been found that bottled water is not, in fact, the healthiest or best way to get in high quality water to fulfill your daily water intake.  It has been found that many of the chemicals from the plastic bottles leeches into the water, especially when the bottles are exposed to high temperatures (like that in the car).  Through heat, dangerous chemicals, are released from the plastic in many cases.  These chemicals are highly poisonous to our bodies.  These chemicals cause cancer…

Using other water resources, for example a water delivery service, is another way to ensure that one consumes the recommended daily water intake.  Lugging that huge bottle (which often contains chemicals such as BPA in the bottle too), and making certain that the delivery is always scheduled, is not an easy or pleasant task.  It is costly too.  Through water science and water research it has been discovered that in these bottles, as well as in bottled water, one is often surprised to find that there is nothing else in the container besides tap water which has been filtered.  Make that ‘EXPENSIVE’ tap water (with added chemicals from the plastic and those added to ‘preserve’ the bottle water).  Using those water resources is clearly not the best way to get your daily water intake…

In our developed country where tap water is clean and healthy, the best way to ensure you getting your daily  water intake, is to use our natural water resources.  Use your home’s tap water…  Unfortunately, many times, the tap water has a taste unpalatable to some.  The taste of chlorine is obvious to many.  How can you eliminate this to make the water resource in our homes optimal?  We say; cancel your water delivery service, ban bottled water and simply turn on the tap.  Fill a Little Luxury, BPA free bottle, with water, flip it over, place it on the cooler, pour the water and enjoy it.  The water will flow through a Vitality filter and through an efficient cooling system before it goes into your cup (or BPA free reusable bottle).   Ice cold, filtered, BPA free, delicious water, at your fingertips.   Who knew that getting in your daily water intake could be this easy and this delicious….?
